Getting Back in Tune: Women, Boldness, & Creating Space for What's Next, Melissa Lindekugel

Exploring what it means to do brave/new/hard things—to trust our bodies, our instincts, and to take up space. I’m Melissa I own a chiropractic and massage therapy clinic here in Portland with my husband, celebrating 20 years in business. Two years ago I picked up a bass guitar and joined a rock band with four other women—most of us brand new musicians. That act of “what the heck am I even doing?” boldness, of showing up as a beginner and performing in front of people, changed how I show up in my business and my life.

Today you'll hear from women across Portland—entrepreneurs, artists, mothers, and daughters—about the brave things they've done and what shifted when they did. You'll also hear original music from my band, GenXtasy.

Melissa co-owns Concordia Chiropractic here in NE Portland, Oregon with her husband, Dr. Jason Lindekugel.

Playlist
