Sally Kane, CEO of the National Federation Community Broadcasters, has a question for community media: How inclusive are we, really? We discuss the value of focusing on what’s working in community media—as opposed to what’s not and what resources are lacking—creating a platform for true community voices, and embracing young generations of new community media leaders.
