In today's episode we are joined by folks who lend their voice to talk about topics that have an impact on our local community.  

First up, we're excited to introduce KXRW's newest show - Head First hosted by Audrey Miller and Jake Garcia.  In today's segment, Audrey and Jake dive head first into a controversial decision on a day use center in Vancouver.  While there are many proponents of a day use center, there are many who are concerned.  Jake and Audrey talk to both sides and to leaders of our community. 

Later in the show, we're joined by Mike Selig and Dr. Beth Lee.  Mike and Beth recently attended the Celebration for the recent decision that saw the demise of the planned oil terminal on the banks of the beautiful Columbia river.  Focused on what the decision means for health issue prevention, Beth and Mike interviewed Dr. Art Lee and Dr. Stan Friedberg to get their view on the positive impact of the decision to our overall public health.
