The Common Good 7/11/18

In this episode, Joe welcomes Ron Fryer who is President of the America for Veterans Foundation.  The foundation is working on Veterans Village, a local project to house homeless veterans.  Ron and Joe talk about Veteran's Village and also Ron's work as a volunteer of Shriner's Hospitals and all of the good work the America for Veterans Foundation is doing to have a positive impact on our local community. 

In the second half of our show, The Common Good is excited to welcome back Audrey Miller and Jake Garcia for another segment of their new show, Head First.  This week, Jake and Audrey dive head first into the Vancouver Farmers Market.  Now in it's 29th season, the market has found itself as a fixture of the downtown Vancouver scene and a positive contributor to our local community.
