Healthcare in America

When I started doing research for this show on Healthcare in America, I was quickly overwhelmed by story after story of how out of control our Healthcare Industry is. Over a half a million people a year are declaring bankruptcy because of medical bills, I learned how more and more Americans are literally dying because they can't afford their medications, these are medicines that the US taxpayer paid to help develop! 

 What I offer to you in this half hour show are just a few examples of how sick the American Healthcare industry has become, and also, offer a few things that we can do to change Healthcare in America.

 My guest is Andre Stackhouse, Andre is the Campaign Director for the non-profit Whole Washington. The goal of Whole Washington is to bring Universal Health Insurance to Washington State, and if the support is there, to the nation.
