Welcome to Awkward Interruptions. Our fifteenth episode is a conversation with Art Alexakis. Art is best known as the singer-songwriter and guitarist of the rock band Everclear. He has been a member of several other bands in addition to his own work as a songwriter for other artists. Art and Everclear's tour with Marcy Playground and Jimmie’s Chicken Shack officially kicks off in San Francisco Friday, September 13th and they will be in Portland Sunday, September 17th.
