The Common Good: Attorney General Nick Brown 3-27-25

Today we have a special crossover episode of the Common Good with WSU Professor and host of Democracy Talk, Donna Sinclair. Our guest is the newly elected Washington State Attorney General Nick Brown. Born and raised in Steliacoom, WA, Attorney General Brown grew up in a family of public servants – his father an Army Veteran and his mother a healthcare administrator. He attended public schools in Pierce County, earned his Bachelor’s degree from Morehouse College as an ROTC scholar, earned his law degree from Harvard University, and then served in the US Army in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps serving as both a prosecutor and defense attorney. During his military service, he earned a Bronze Star.
