The Common Good: Brook Trang from Read NW 7-8-25

This episode’s guest on “The Common Good” is Brook Trang, a lifelong Clark County resident from a long line of Clark County residents, the point guard for Prairie High School when they won repeat Basketball State Championships, and now the Executive Director for Read NW, which is quickly growing their program to provide reading mentors for schools in Clark County. Low reading literacy is a national crisis and Read NW seeks to address the problem. Today I talk with Brook about her vision for the organization, now that she’s the Executive Director.
