I'm Into This Place is your backstage pass to the creative heartbeat of Clark County, Washington. From innovative art installations to historic treasures hiding in plain sight, we take you behind the scenes with the artists, makers, and community leaders shaping our vibrant local culture.
We share interviews with local creatives, previews of upcoming events, and tips on where to eat, drink, and explore. We also shine a light on the issues and opportunities shaping the region’s cultural landscape, keeping you in the loop on the moments that matter.
Host Adriana Baer has been an arts professional for over 20 years. She held leadership roles at Profile Theatre (Executive Artistic Director) and Cutting Ball Theater (Associate Artistic Director). Adriana directed at theaters including Portland Center Stage, Artists Repertory Theatre, and Houston’s Alley Theatre, and have worked with companies including Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Berkeley Repertory Theatre, and Theatre Communications Group, the national service organization that works for a just and thriving theater ecology. She hold a BA from Sarah Lawrence College and an MFA in Directing from Columbia University.
Adriana Baer is the proud founder and CEO of I'm Into This Place, a small media company focusing on arts, culture, and heritage in Clark County, WA. She is the producer and host of the weekly podcast by the same name which is now a radio show available on KXRW.
Through "I'm Into This Place," Adriana is dedicated to community building in the arts sector, and her belief in the power of creativity to enhance local economy, cultural identity, and civic life.
