The Multnomah County Auditor’s race is an open seat with three experienced auditors vying for the position. Join City Club to hear from the three contenders.
The Candidates
Scott Learn currently serves as a performance auditor for the State of Oregon’s audit division and has past experience as a journalist and financial auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Jennifer McGuirk serves as a senior management auditor for Multnomah County and has past experience in communications, organizational development, and grantwriting for universities.
Mark Ulanowicz serves as a principal auditor for Multnomah County and has past experience as a performance auditor for the federal Government Accountability Office.

Serena Cruz is the Executive Director of the Virginia Garcia Memorial Foundation and former member of the Multnomah County Commission.
