Richard McCarthy, the Executive Director of Slow Food USA, who will discuss his appearance in town on July 26th for Slow Food Portland's Torino or Bust fundraiser.
Professor Nathan McClintock from Portland State University, who has compiled all available data regarding urban agriculture within Portland's city limits and is coming onto the program to share his findings.
