Joe's first guest this week is Paige Uhlemeyer, President and Chief Executive Officer of Project Hope 4 Humanity.  Project Hope4Humanity is a local non-profit founded in Vancouver, Washington in 2018.  Their mission; is to provide job opportunities to those who have employment barriers due to social stigma.  Their goal; achieve an employment rate of 70% for young adults in the community who are actively transitioning and possibly participating in rehabilitation services.  Their approach;  is holistic, welcoming, and supportive by providing and promoting support for personal growth, dignity, and self-worth.  They do this through an inclusive and encouraging system while creating, maintaining, and increasing positive relations within the community.  More information available at www.projecthope4humanity.org 

In the second half of the show, Joe is joined by KXRW's Jake and Geoff, hosts of To the Republic.  Together, they sit down with Gary, Jake's dad, to discuss the impacts of a recent decision in Vancouver to remove parking spaces to make room for bike lanes on Columbia street.
