Today is the second week of the annual holiday season playlist on Tropicology… I try to do shows at this time of year with special content, or at least unusual content, starting with the annual survey of jazz and jive music from South Africa following Thanksgiving. Today my holiday theme is good vibes; we could all use some good vibes at the end of this crazy year. Of course if we’re talking about good vibes we must immediately think of Brazil, one of the world’s non-stop factories for good vibe music, and this will indeed be a Brazil focused set. But there are a few other nuggets in here from various places, we have a full international set today.
