Mark Shreeve is dead. The Progressive Electronic musician who did primarily Berlin school electronic music had an incredible effect on the late 90's and 2000' EM scene. He worked with modular system before the kids discovered their Euro Rack systems and unlike the candy color button pushes made by todays EM artists, Mark actually played the instruments in real time. Together with collaborators like Ian Boddy went on to prove that real musicians can do proper music on modular systems. He was one of the few that literally could rock EM. If you like the sound of the Moog Modular he nailed it.
Tonights show is all about the British Berlin school master.
