Welcome to another weekly dose of Rug. This one is sure to engage all 5 senses as we go on a whirlwind ride of sonic groove and sound. Starting off the night with two Analog Africa jams by Ernesto Djedje and Mamo Lagbema. Chaka Khan is sure to bust onto the scene a little later into the broadcast for a much needed pop R&B reprieve. New tracks tonight from Mikaela Davis and the much anticipated Cut Worms, back from a three year hiatus. Don't think I forgot about the avante garde necessity! We've got a healthy heaping of songs from Dry Cleaning, nation of Language, and Philip Frobos.
