Data (de)centering

Welcome to Street Roots Radio. This is an XRAY.FM collaboration with Portland Local Publication Street Roots. Street Roots publishes a weekly social justice newspaper sold by people experiencing homelessness and poverty to earn an income.

Today we are discussing a recent article from new Street Roots Investigative Reporter, Henry Brannan, about his article, “Data (de)centering: How revelations — including $450M in tax breaks for Oregon data centers and a law to double some — created a powerful opposition movement?”

To get a physical copy of the issue released each Wednesday, locate your nearest vendor here or read more online at streetroots.org.
