Illuminated Decorations + Electrically & ElecTRONically Tripped-Out Dance Records (Late 1960s, 1970s, cusp of the '80s & beyond)

Inspired by the Portland Winter Light Festival, Electric Light OuttaSight (E.L.O.), is an illuminated dance party featuring light-based decorations & party guests wearing garments or accessories that emit or reflect light (think shiny, sequins, rhinestones, glittery, etc)

MUSIC for this event will reflect one or MANY of these qualities:FuzzyBuzzyTrippyBlippyOuterSpaceyRetro-Futurism and yes, this does include music from ELO.

This event also features the induction of The Pointer Sisters (and other music-makers) into the DJ Action Slacks Dance Hall of Flame!

Because she did such a great job last year, we'll be joined again by super-charged guest: DJ Listen Lady.

Like most of my dance parties, this party is open to all kind-hearted people, but is geared toward the Portland LGBTQmunity & its allies.
