The Oregon Nikkei Legacy Center, Japanese American History Museum is featuring local artist Motoya Nakamura’s year-long photography and video project documenting the flowering of the cherry blossoms at the Japanese American Historical Plaza and Bill of Rights Memorial in Tom McCall Waterfront Park.
