Chris Johanson’s fifth annual Quiet Music Festival of Portland will once again transform Disjecta's contemporary art space into a tranquil cave of sonic serenity.
Tuning in and zonking out are equally encouraged as this year’s line-up takes you through soft sets tailored to the festival’s ethos while you float on a sea of plush surfaces. Celebrating the power of turning the dial down, the lowest-key festival in the land spans two nights in Portland and will feature Stephen Malkmus and The Jicks, Secret Drum Band, Sonny Smith, Timmy Straw, Peacers, Irma Vep, Linda Hagood, Conditioner, Ilyans Amhed, Amenta Abioto, Rebecca Gates, and Sun Foot.
Count on Deschutes Beer to keep you serenely satiated with special guests Bunk Sandwiches on site to serve up loving sustenance both nights.
Advance tickets: $10 per night / $16 for both nights.
Door tickets: $12 per night / $18 for both nights
